Deliver and send your POD
Send the signed BOL/POD and any approved accessorial receipts to our team.

We review it
We check the paperwork against the rate confirmation. If something is missing, we tell you right away.

Paid fast
Once your POD is approved, payment is released quickly at no cost.
A clean POD includes
- Signed BOL / proof of delivery, clearly legible
- Load number from the rate confirmation
- Delivery date and receiver signature
- Any exceptions (shortage, damage, refusal) noted on the POD
- Receipts for approved accessorials (lumper, etc.)

How fast do I get paid, and what does it cost?
You're paid fast once your POD is approved, at no cost. There is no quick-pay fee and no factoring discount — this applies to every carrier in our network.
Do you negotiate rates?
Yes. We'll share the load details and rate up front. If the load doesn't work for your truck, tell us why — deadhead, appointment, or equipment — and we'll talk it through.
What happens if I'm detained or the load is cancelled?
Detention, layover, and truck-order-not-used terms are written on every rate confirmation. Notify our dispatch desk as soon as an issue starts, and we'll document it and work it with the shipper.
How do I know a load or request really comes from Cargolane?
We only email from @cargolane.ai, our USDOT and MC numbers are on every rate con, and we never change payment details by phone or text. If anything looks off, call (925) 681-8188 before you dispatch.
Do you offer repeat loads or just spot freight?
Both. We assign freight load by load based on fit. Carriers who communicate well and run clean on our loads are the first we call when repeat lanes and recurring freight come up.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free. We'll need your USDOT, active authority, certificate of insurance, W-9, and your equipment details.
